Next Step

 The Next Step Service is available throughout Merseyside. Along with our Bootle office we have a number of community based outreach offices including Birkenhead, Everton, Liverpool, and Southport Job Centres. These provide a community presence and encourage neighborhoods to contribute, develop and regenerate their local area.

Our experienced staff provide training, job-hunting skills and educational advice for people in the local area who are looking to get back into the labour market. There are many initiatives and support available to give you that extra essential help in taking those first steps in the right direction and getting your foot in the employment door once more.

The Next Step Service includes:-

• Initial Consultation

We arrange an informal one to one consultation to discuss your circumstances and needs, and draw up a plan to help you get back into work.

• Training

We will give you help in accessing the right training and courses to further develop your skills.

• Job Search

Finding work is a job in itself and at the Next Step we provide you with help producing a CV, completing application forms, writing covering letters, contacting employers and developing your interview skills
